speech delay 2.5 yr old+? failure to thrive

Body Type: Very thin Tubular shape like tree trunk,
Height: 93 cms
Weight: 13 kgs
General appearance: Tall, thin and bony, does not put on flesh, eats well rarely is fussy.
1. Describe your main suffering? Speech Delay
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body? Failure to Thrive
Very active child, will place on his own, interaction with parents and close relative is excellent. Is very shy and will cover his face with hands when confronted with strangers or hide behind the wall or parent. Once used to the stranger will interact freely. Prefers adults to children, Goes to play school but interaction with other kids to poor. Prefers to play on his own.
Started to talk in mono and disyllables at the age of 8 months, but gradually stop talking all together. Now communicates effectively with gestures and only makes sounds like eeeee,aaa,aouuuuu mmmm, at times says day day and mumumum. Loves music and sings, drums dances.
Can point out correctly to all alphabets and numbers from 1 to 20 and has a visual memory of approximately 250 items. Does not like to colour or write. Does 8-10 pieces puzzles with ease and expertly handles the ipad the games and programs expertly. Quite good with fractions( visual)
Has been sick 4-5 times since birth with common flu mostly viral and we have given him antibiotics only once. Otherwise we only control his fever with NSAIDS and let the Flu pass off. Gets mouth ulcers most of the times he has flu.
Throws mild tantrums but is generally well behaved. Though he knows what potty means, he wont sit on it and ends up passing his motion in his pamper every time we say potty.
Aggravated by heat feels better by Cold
Bites all his nails including toe nails,
Very poor thirst, has to be forced to drink water, does not have any other liquids and milk has to be given only when he is half sleepy or early morning when he is just about to wake up.
Insensitive to pain.
Mothers side has a confirmed history of delayed speech,

Please give him a single dose of Thuja 1M and see how that affects in a month. Only one dose, not daily.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 45 minutes before or after taking medicine.
