Sleep Apnea - 3 year old girl
My daughter is having sleep apnea.Details:
1.Age 3 yrs
2. Sex - Female
3. country - USA (Indian)
4. climate Cold (3 deg - 10 deg)
5. current complain Obstructive Sleep Apnea ( Breathing stops suddenly during Sleep)
6. current medicine you are taking Took Lac 30c, 2 doses for 3 days. Snoring reduced, but breathing problem increased. She is trying to gasp more air while asleep.
Stopped the medication today.
7. sign & Symptom of disease Open mouth, Snoring, Trying hard to inhale air while sleeping. Stops breathing for 2 to 8 seconds and then breaths again. Keeps her mouth open during day as well.
8. Slight back history She had eczema from 2 months till 1.5 years. Symptoms of mild asthma. But doctor told she has symptoms of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).
9. No family history of Sleep Apnea. Distant family had Asthma.
10. Mind-behavior: Sometimes anger, short tempered irritability, always playful. She doesn't sleep at day time, unless we force her.
11. Education: Goes to preschool (LKG).
I am getting only low potency medicine in local stores (6x, 30x and 30c ).

Which is the remedy she received? Is it Lac Can? Please write the complete name? Who suggested this remedy?

Its Lachesis 30c. I read this in one of the earlier forum. Please suggest if I have to give anything else, as we have stopped Lachesis now.

Please wait for 7 days and report back. It is not good to give remedies one after the other without waiting for the response.

Today is 6th day since we have stopped the medication. She has less snoring, but heavy breathing problem. She literally tries hard to inhale and feels choked/suffocated. She also sweats her head in night. I see a wet pillow, even if the room temperature is normal.

Please give her Calcarea Carb 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects in 7 days.
