please help me to lose my belly fat

I am male, 29 Years from India (Hyderabad). I am NOT OBESE and NOT over weight but I have a BELLY FAT. So I want shape-up my belly and abs. I am eating less and working at gym but NO USE in BELLY FAT LOSS. So please Help me. The given below are my details.
-
1) Location - Hyderabad, India.
2) Age: 29 Years
3) Gender: Male
4) Height: 5.7”
5) Weight: 69Kg
6) Profession / Job: Software industry.
7) Duration of illness (Over weight > Obesity) – from 4 years
8) Chief Complaints – Excess fat accumulated at my belly, waist, chest, Neck, throat and hips.
9) Main Area to fat loss: STOMACH and WAIST.
10) Thyroid functioning – Normal.
11) Diabetes – NO diabetes. It is Normal.
12) Digestion Problem –Digestion is NORMAL. NO Problem in digestion.
13) Bowl movement – Bowl movement is excellent. It is NORMAL. NO Problem in bowl movement.
14) Feel thirsty – NO. Normal. (Drink 6-10 glasses of water, based on season)
15) Feel good in warm, cold, or humid climate – Yes, comfortably Okay in all climate conditions.
16) Stress – Work related stress.
17) Normal sound sleep – Sleep is good but frequently I get some dreams. Generally, I forget them.
18) Mood – Quite NORMAL. No excess emotions.
19) Any past medical problem – NO chronic diseases / surgeries in the past.
20) Present medicines – Nothing using in HOMEO. Using GARCENIA Tablets (Ayurvedic)
21) Exercise daily – Doing Gym Exercises on Every Morning or evening for 45 minutes to 1Hour.
22) Food habits - Breakfast : 2 oranges, Lime juice + honey + Lukewarm water.
Lunch: 2 Pulka/ Chapathi (or) 150Grams of white Rice with Vegetable curry or Dal.
Dinner: 1 Pulka with Vegetable curry + 1 glass of orange juice without sugar.
NO JUNK FOOD. NO Aerated Drinks. NO Tea and Coffe. NO Sugar.
Consuming Vodka / Rum Twice in a month at 200ml. NO Smoking.
Non-Veg (Chicken / lamb/ fish – 200Grams) – once in a week at Lunch.

23) Sweat – NORMAL, NO Smell in sweat.
24) Colour of urine – transparent in colour, No smell to urine.
25) Size of your waist: 37” inches.
26) Size of Belly – 42” inches
27) Body weight – 69Kg
28) Thirst – NORMAL.
29) Any kidney related problem – NO. Normal kidney functioning.
30) Daily intake of sweets – 100Grams in a month.
31) Sleepy after having your food – Yes.
32) Feel fresh or lazy in the morning – Fresh.
33) Time you go to bed – 10pm
34) Stomach pain – NO
35) Burning sensation in stomach / throat – NO
36) I equally likes all types of foods.
37) Do not drink water, while having food. Generally, I drink, after finish my food.

Ok, I can help you. I am not a trainer, and I am losing weight also. just follow my tips. The healthiest weight to lose a month is 5-10 lbs, you may lose more due to water weight.

Thank you in advance for your reply.

I am NOT WORRYING about my weight, in fact I am at right BMI and correct weight i.e 69Kg for 5.7' inches at 29 years.

I am worrying about my BELLY FAT ONLY. I welcome your suggestions and recommendations to lose my BELLY FAT. please reply.
