please help!! mgd treatment
my doctor said i have Meibomian Gland Dysfunction and for both my eyelid margins are thickened.. also i have two bumps on right upper eyelid, doctor said all i can do is warm compress which i have been doing for months but are not effective. please tell me homeopathy treatment[message edited by eyelid on Wed, 06 Mar 2013 23:50:27 GMT]

I have had some success with Arnica 30c in the Wet dose to prevent the formation of Styes and Chalazions but the chances of reducing a Meibonian Cyst which are the 2 bumps you refer to by fomenting, is remote as you have already discovered. It is very likely that you will have to get them scooped out by an eye doctor. This surgery is not at all painful as I too have suffered from Chalazions about 20 years ago and discovered that Arnica 30c in the Wet dose helped to prevent future formations of Styes which later hardened into Chalazions.
You can start immediately on Arnica 30c in the Wet dose which you will take thrice daily for as long as you are suffering from this problem and reduce it to just one nightly for LIFE if you wish to enjoy life like I am coing at age 84 without any ache or pain in my body and of course no Chalazions.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done at least 6 times before sipping a capful of the bottle as prescribed.
