right shoulder pain and stiffness
Hi doc,I am not able lift or bend- back my right hand. there is acute pain around the shoulder joint. i thought it was a cramp and will go in a few days. But it is gettng worse.I could not lift my hand for waxing or hook/zip my dress. I took arnica for a few days. Didnt help much. I dont want to go for other medicines except homeo.
Please help.

Tamhankar ji,
I could not take the medicine refularly as i was travelling. I can definitely say the pain hasn't worsend. I tried to stretch the hand and bend it back. Some strange muscle in the middle of the upper hand pulls and hurts.
Should i continue for some weeks?
Please let me know.
