Hypertension and DiabetesDear Dr,
I am a male of 46 yrs age. Ht is 5'8', average/slim built, body wt=72kg.
Since last 5 years I am suffering from Hypertension, Diabetes (border line) and migraine ( which covers left eye, left forehead, left back of the head).B.P. has been varying between 90-150 to 120-200. Face becomes heavy and I can hear own palpitation. I am
Teetotaler, vegetarian, voracious eater, hate fried food. Highly weak metabolism since child-hood. If eat rice in dinner ..am not able to pass stool next whole day. Only drinking hot/lukewarm water helps. Nowadays since past 2 months have resorted to black lemon tea and miraculously this has controlled gas formation and constipation also (whenever I have gas ..I have migraine). Migraine increases in air condition room and car. If I cover head, it helps. Very strangely drinking cold coffee instantly gives relief in Migraine. During migraine...a lot of saliva comes from mouth. If it's a migraine day, even during summers also I am happy in a warm room. My skin is very sensitive to air...even during summers also I can not tolerate even a light draft of fan air and have to cover myself with a bed sheet....this is worse in early morning hours.
I am taking BC-7 (Reckewegg's)regularly and it really helps me in diabetes. I have purposely not taken any allopathy medicine for BP ...have tried Adel's -HyperT...but no improvement. Rawlfia causes heaviness in the face and induces sleep, which I don't like Please advice treatment... ...many thanks.
