Recurrence of Chikungunya symptoms
I contracted Chikungunya more than 5 years ago while on holiday in Mauritius. It was incredibly debilitating. Found it difficult to move, dress etc. Lasted 18 months. Was on cortisone etc which was awful. I now have recurring symptoms. I have taken ibuprofen but not very effective. Can you please suggest something? It has been a few weeks now ... I refuse to go on cortisone again. The side effects were horrendous. I live in South Africa. Thanks. Chantalchantalt on 2013-03-22
