Anal Warts and hemerrhoids

I have hemerrhoids which protude after passing and then when i insert it goes back. Of late (few months back), I found there are anal warts as well at the bottom of this hemerrhoid. No pain, no blood, nothing. Once they are inserted back eveything is normal. I bought 'Thuja 1M and Thuja Q' after reading this forum (esp Dr. Nawaz's advice to some patient)but not used as yet. Please let me know whether I can take this to get rid of Anal Warts first and then a proper medicine for hemerrhoid. I would request Dr Nawaz to advice me if available please.
