demyelination of deep white matter in infant child

my son is 14 months old and he cannot see due demyelination of deep white matter his optic discs are pale due to non supply of blood.And his growth is also late. Is there any remedy?

15 months age, height 2 feet and 5 inches, weight 8kg

Basically he was born due to premature delivery in 33rd week. And when he born everything was fine. but at the age of 6 months we notice such things.i can send u the reports if u say so. what u say about this
