can side effects of homoeopathic medicines go away after a period of time ?
i am 22 years old, 5ft. and weigh 108.027 pounds, i am a law student and i have been suffering from white patches on my knees, right elbow, ankles and finger joint since last 13 years. Steriods were given to me due to which hormonal imbalance was caused. I have excess body and facial hair, irregular periods, earlier there used to be gap of 1 and a half to 2 months. I also take a lot of stress and tensions I have been undergoing homoeopathic treatment since last 5 years and in between i started getting fungal infection on my skin,tiny moles have started to appear on different parts of my body,my face and scalp have become more oily now and i have also started getting pain in my joints and also due to homoeopathic medicines i now i get periods after the gap of three months and im also getting acne on my face. Earlier during the starting year of my hopmoeopathic treatment i was getting periods on time but now i think these medicines are causing all these problems. I want to confirm that are these problems being caused due to the side effects of homoeopathic medicines? how will these side effects go away ? and should i change my doctor?sonia.k on 2013-03-27

Im sorry but i dont know what she is giving me but i have been taking these medicines since 5 years and now im also suffering from piles. Can all these be side effects of taking homoeopathic medicines? should i stop taking them ? my hormonal levels are normal now but i get painful periods and im suffering from excess facial and body hair :(

Pls pls pls help me as i want to know that is it safe to take homeopathic medicines consecutively for five years? Should i continue taking them ? N i dont think my doc will give me the list of medicines she gave me in these five years :( n although my hormone levels are normal, i still suffer from hersutism, fungal infection near my shoulders n arms n underarms n i have also started getting acne now and m also suffering from pilesand joints pain... I know some homeopaths don't want to tell the remedy bc
they think the person will read up on it and then identify
with it, like an astrological sign, and one cannot do that bc
these are medicines with many different asoects to them.
And some people, think that whatever helped them, is going
to help another with similar issues and this is wrong, bc
the remedy is based on the person, not the disease.
If you want another opinion, look at some of the posts on here
and see intake forms. Fill one out, but you will then have to
stop treatment and remedies from the other person. Personally,
I want to know what I am taking and would find another homeopath
if the person would not tell me.

Find another homeopath who will tell you what he is giving you.
5 years of this is not right.

Dear sonia, as I could read you have been given sulphur and rhus tox in addition to other remedies.
You need to move to joepathy which is being a tested method of antidoting multiple remedies. You need to start with Arnica 6c twice daily. You can find lots of information on preparing the remedy on this forum. It will also help you in white patches. Please also include nat phos 6x with the treatment twice daily.
