looks like cervical spondylosis

Hello Dr

please help as i am feeling dizziness while walking( feel like unbalance, light headness ) .in the morning time it is worst and pain starts back of the head,then feeling little headache ,stiffness in the neck, feeling week

I am a software engineer and works for 10-12 hour per day .

I have almost all type of test such as MRI,blood test , thyroid ,sugar and every thing looks clean.

I have gone through some medicine such as 'vertin' but no use .

please help on the same .
