Rectovaginal fistula, homeopathic options compliment postop healing

Hi-

As a result of my 2nd pregnancy, a fast vaginal birth, I had perineal tearing which did not heal properly. It resulted in an perineal abcess which was misdiagnosed by a doctor who rushed me through the ER and operated for a bartholin's cyst (which I never had). She created a rectovaginal fistula bc she opened the abcess into my vagina.

When we thought it was a bartholin's cyst, I had taken thymactiv, silicea, and done sitz baths with epsom salts, witch hazel, & tea tree oil eventually got it to subside. It went away for 4 years but came back a year ago after I had two bouts of stomach flu.

I've since had three operations for seton placements (long story as to why 3), and have had to LIFT surgeries (less invasive, no damage if doesn't work) to try to correct. Apparently my fistula is quite high and goes through muscle making it complicated.

I just had my second LIFT procedure (uses a flap of mucous membrane to close off tract in middle, hopefully getting it to close up) and am in process of recovery. I'd like to add in homeopathic remedies to assist in healing and closing.

I've read that MYRISTICA 200c, silicea 6x or 200c, and NITRIC ACID 200 may be of benefit. I'm also taking 2 different antibiotics at the time (and with the one can have absolutely no alcohol). I've also considered adding calendula into soaks. Please advise on what homeopathic remedies might be appropriate, order of taking, and dosing.

Thank you!
