inconsistent urination

i 34 years old have a urineary problem of inconsistent urination for that i consulted a urologist, after doing some investigation (RGU and uro flowmetry) they said i have a structure in urethra and it will be removed through Cystoscopy procudure. While doing Cystoscopy they found that i don't have structure and they discovered that my bladder nerver gets relaxed while urinating that is why the bladder never gets empty anytime because of which inconsistence remains. Doctors suggested two options one is surgical and other is medicinal. In the surgical menthod they will puncture the baldder and i will feel normal, the side effect of this is i will feel everything while having intercourse and will ejaculate internally not externally. They said plan your family first and then come to us and priscribed medicine Alfusin or Alfoo till i am not going for surgery.I consulted many homeopathy doctors but with no benefit, i did self medication and tried Acid phos Q for sometime i felt that it worked but i don't know how much to take and is it good for the cause. Another problem i recenty develped is of bedwetting, i
dreamt that i am in toilet but i was sleeping on my bed which is very embarrassing. Please help me to get rid of
these problems.
