Height improvement and growthTo Doctor Kadwa and Dorctor Maheeru;
I am already consulting some of my family members issues with you. But if you can kindly guide on this topic.
What is the age to gain the final heigh? and during what phase of the age group its a peek point to gain as much as possible.
This question comes in my head when I see my daughter. She is 3.5yrs old; she is not going to school but she takes some courses right now like swimming or preschool. But even though those programs are developed for the same aged kids, but so far, in all those courses I have noticed my daughter is the shortest height and more skinny.
Mentally she is very smart, very active but physically in comparison to her classmates and even her cousins, she is very shorter. Some time I ignore because I always thinks that may be every kid has his/her own peek time to gain height, now I put more attention to her age group kids, specially who are her cousins and classmates, my daughter is shorter in height.
