How to take several cell salts
I had read that Mag Phos, Ferrum Phos and Kali Phos were the cell salts that would help with fatigue and stress and burn out.I ordered them but I don't know how to take them.
How many tablets of each do you take and can you take them all at the same time?
Also, how many doses per day?
And regarding Bioplasm, which is all the cell salts combined, is that safe for pretty much anyone to take at any time?
I have a friend who is recovering from an illness and I was hoping it would boost his immune system but I'm not sure how to give it.
Thanks,
ruth

The cell salts you picked out you can take 4 pills 4x a day for
3 weeks. ( and you can take them at the same time) Then you take a week off and then can begin the cycle
again.
The bioplasma where all is combined is safe for anyone and
you can do the dosing the same way, 3 weeks and then one
week with nothing.
