Hydronephrosis in Left Kidney in InfantsHi,
My new born was diagnosed to have hydronephrosis condition in left kidney with APD measuring 58mm and the renal parenchyma showing significant thinning of 1.8mm.
This diangnosis was done through Ultrasound scan, and is remaining the same after 48hrs of delivery.
We consulted with a Paediatric surgeon and he has suggested that we might need a surgery after 45 days to either correct the PUJ obstruction or worse remove the left kidney after doing the nuclear test.
I wanted to know, is there any cure for this condition through Homeopathy or are there any Homeopathic Doctors who have faced similar kind of condition with a good success rate (if possible in India)?
I know there would be a solution for adults as we can ask them the symptoms, but are there any cure for infants?
Thanks in advance

Causticum, Pulsatilla, Opium, Nux Vomica and many other remedies may work. The selection of the indicated remedy will be done on the basis of totality of symptoms.

Thanks for your reply.
We are also trying to get some advice from a good homeopathic physician.
However, I think my child does not have the retention of urine symptom as he is able to urinate in normal quantity as his other kidney is functioning normally or is extra functioning.
The trouble here is what all symptoms can I note of my child to give a good description to the physician. I just have the scan and summary reports from the hospital.
Thanks once again.

Generally physicians perceive these symptoms through observation.
Whether the infant is calm, restless, desires to be carried, sleeps well or not, whether he desires cold or warm surroundings, his bowel movements, his perspiration. These and other things provide homeopathic information.
Mother's state of mind during pregnancy also becomes a significant information in some cases.
