flaxseed and cholestrol reduction

Hi, can anyone tell me if they have had any success in reducing cholestrol levels by consuming flaxseed. Thanks Marcus

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I am taking flaxseeds and my sugar level has gone down, but cholestrol level is normal with Cratageus Q 10 drops after lunch everyday.

I know personally a man whose cholesterol went down (together with triglycerides and blood sugar) after 3-4 months of eating flaxseed oil (cold pressed) mixed with yogurt or cottage cheese acc to dr Johanna Budwig
