Course for Cervical Spodylosis

One of patient (He is professional driver) compliant of neck pain eight months before. I suggested him Lacnanthes T 200 once a day for three days. He got relief. I asked him to repeat the same course upto three months (ie 3 doses in each month). But he did not follow. Actually his pain was for last 3 years. A few (7) days back he complained about neck pain which is extending over right shoulder and right hand. Now I gave him Kalmia Lat 200c twice a day and Mag Phos 6x thrice a day.He got above 50% relief. Today I asked him Bry 1M two doses for two days stopping klmia. He is continuing Mag Phos. I am thinking of Cal Fl 12x or Fluoric acid in the next week for one month.
Is there any body who can comment on this course. Actually, I started new practice, but response is quite okay, inspite of that I want some discussion/criticism of my limitations.

You are giving remedies on the basis of local symptoms and the remedies are working well. If the remedies stop working you should take further decision on the basis of his significant mind symptoms.
