menses and calcium
My periods last 3 days. The first day is fine, but the second is very heavy. The third day is very light. At the end of the period I feel exausted and tired. There's anything to make period normal flow and not heavy such in day two. I also would like to start taking calcium for my teeth, bones and skin.Any suggestions
will be appreciated
Thank you.

KITTY,
Welcome back.
If it is usual that menses last only for three days then it is normal.I know a women whoes menses last only for one hour. She is absolutely normal and has given birth to four childrens. There is nothing wrong with her.Why you are worried so much.If still you are not satisfied for any reason, something can be done for you .
For your teeth, cal fl 3x tablets are best for you.Perhaps i have told you before.
sajjad.
