i have svere legs during periods---what does this mean.what is your weight like,i am sure you must be having some physical or mental symptoms.

For the time being have Mag Phos 6x biochemic just a day or two before the onset of your periods. 5 tabs dissolved in Luke warm water (one ounce) three times a day.Continue till the time your periods last and give me a feed back about the cramping.

you may like to take dr reckewegs r-38 and r-39 as per the dosage given in the wrapper.mix 10 drops of each in an ounce of water--3 times a day.

Dr.Shreya on there seems very confident about treating this issue and
she is a female Homeopath in India with her own online clinic.

I would contact her, as in your case I am sure you would like to be
healed as fast as possible and for this issue you really need
someone who has had successful cases of doing this.
