Help : Sperm with Urine + IBS : Urgent

Hi,

I am 26,Male , Single , 5.5 feet , 54 KG

I have few problems , Plz read and advise me a good solution .

1. I have IBS from 1.5 years.

2.As I have IBS , I have constipation .

3. From last 2-3 weeks , when I go to bathroom for stool , some white thing like sperm comes out with urine . But all day , I never see any white thing with my urine .Only at the stool time , my urine is white like some sperm comes out with urine .

I am very tensed .

Also , when I pee while stooling, I get a little pain in my penis .

So I need a good solution so that I can get relief from the upper problems .

I am taking the below medicine from last 15 days for IBS.

Lycopodium 30 - 1drop at morning

Nux Vomica 30 -1drop at night

Plz help me to get the solution of my all problems . I want to lead a better life :(

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Start kali mur 6x and ferrum phos 6x 5 tabs tree times a day give me a feed back after 7 days. Stop the other medicines.
