question for passkey baby reflux

I saw an earlier posting about taking 30x silica for a breastfed baby with reflux. I purchased silica, but the bottle lists milligrams of silica with no potency. Is this the wrong type of silica? I am confused about the dosage. Thank you for any suggestions.

I think you have a mineral supplement .

Recent cases have done better on the lower potency of 6x.

Twice a day take a tablet about an hour before a feed.
