Please take Ruta 6C as per the below method:
Please dissolve 2 drops in 3 teaspoons water. stir and sip all of it
Do this thrice a day for 2 days. This will help Ur eyes and scalp a bit

Hi, Dr. Zady, I've been following your instructions.
A quick update:
I have been having severe acidity and burping after food. It is impossible to lie down even after an hour of eating as I get intense heart burn.
It started again last week,but wasn't so severe so I didn't take it too seriously.
It's quite bad now, and nothing is helping- enzyme,apples, yogurt, milk / milk diluted with water, even psyllium husk helps only for 5-10min. It gets much worse after sleep and workouts. I've been told I have GERD and even I think so. The only thing that has changed is that I'm back to work. I do eat every few hours (Milk in the morning at 7 am, light breakfast at 11 15 am and lunch at 3 45pm). I can't carry out activities normally due to this. Also, since a week, I have harder stools than normal.
In evening, acidity is accompanied with urge to.pass stools but not actually doing it. I feel better with natural foods than cooked food, but can't completely abstain from cooked food.
Menstruation has been delayed by a few days now, don't 'feel' like it's going to come soon. Has never been delayed earlier.
Have to start with Ruta, will do so from today.
