updates after 1 week of kali mur:

1. ulcers are still there. Normally my ulcers dont go away for weeks, they re big, yellowish and very painful.

2. have been drinking lots of water - 3-4 lts/day. tongue has very thin whitish layer in morning..

3. i feel the pressure but its difficult to pass stool..i guess intestines is where the issue is...

4. no bloating..very less acidity..

5. pimples are there but severity is low..
