Dry Eyes

Dr Neil, Dr Mahfooz
I am 60 years old now. in May 2009,you advised to use wet dose of Manganum Metallicum, that worked for 4 years, I would use this dose and then I would need after 5 or 6 months.
The period decreased gradually from 6 to 5, than 4 and 3 and this it did not work.(please note that before this I used Silicea for almost 9 years)I am using tears drops but of no use.My eye are real dry please advise.
Thanks and regards.
