My digestion has improved.
My hands and feet are warmer in the morning but I am still sweating. I feel good.
I put my back out today unfortunately I twisted in an awkward position and got sciatica.
I took 5 calc carb because last time this workedand I was in a lot of pain. Hope this is ok. I probably should of asked first.
The sabadilla has still not arrived yet from America.

I have taken the Nat sulph 5 three times a day and the pulsatilla 30c two, three times a day for a week.
It was only today I took the cc because I put my back out.
Do I continue with NS and pulsatilla.
The NS has improved my digestion I would like to continue.

Hi Anuf,
This is about the 3rd week of taking pulsatilla and NS.
The first week I had improvement in my digestion.
I used the whole bottle of Nat Sulph in one week and had to wait a week for the shop to get it in again.
As soon as I started again I noticed my hands and feet went dry then warmed up.
Unfortunately it did not stay this way and as soon as I got really hot I sweated on hands and feet again and when I woke up in the morning(but not every morning) But I seem to dry up more quickly. The periods of wetness have dereased but that is all.
I have had flashbacks to emotions I felt as a young girl surrounding the period of time of my mother's illness.
They have been real flashbacks
with strong clarity.
As much as I would love to stop sweating I realise it is a difficult problem.
I am still waiting on the sabadilla . It will take a month to 6 wks to arrive. Dexter's rash is not too good at the moment and I am still giving him KS. In the schuessler range of cell salts 6X there is a homeopathic tablet for skin disorders. It has KS in it could I give him this or do I continue with KS.
I know he will improve once I can put something on his body.
He is doing a lot of work with cattle in long grass.

why dont you have a dose of ignatia 200,repeat on the third and fifth day.

My feet are really cold.I have to put socks and ugg boots on to warm them up.
My hands are cold too and wet. sometimes if they stay cold the top of my index finger on right hand gets numb. I shake it to get the numbness to go away, but that is mainly in winter.

I am just keeping you informed.
My sweating is still the same
but I have noticed over the last couple of days that my mouth and the top of the mouth feels really clean.
I used to have tiny pin prick black headson my legs and they have all gone.
My mouth has a slight chalky taste all of a sudden but my digestion keeps improving.
I am taking five NS 3 times a day and one silica 30c once a day.
Do you want me to make any changes. thanks Arkie

I have had small improvements with the sweating. Some mornings I have woken up with dry hands and feet and there are times throughout the day where my hands and feet stay dry for a period of time. It is not a massive improvement but it has improved.
I am taking one 30c silica daily and five NS6X 3/times daily like you said.

y digestion gets better all the time on the NS. If I eat anything I shouldnt ie chocolate or icecream it gets digested a lot quicker without much pain.(I don't do this regularly just for a treat) but overall digestion is improving.
On the weekend I woke up with a sore throat. I now have it mainly on my right side and feel a bit nauseaus in my stomach with a headache. I have been taking Kali Mur 6X but there are so many remedies for a sore throat I was wondering if you could advise me on what remedy you think would help.
