Nat mur 6X and Kreosote 30 are used for three days. There is no improvement in any of the symptoms mentioned earlier. Rather, itching in anus is now increased.
It is felt that Kreosote has not shown any result till now. His appetite is now decreased further and he complains of pain around naval after food.

Yesterday he was attacked by severe diarrhea with very much offensive smell.It is controlled with arsenic alb 30. There is no bowel movement since last sixteen hours. To days he is feeling too weak. His upper abdomen is very much distended. He eager to eat only spicy food but not given.

As required by you , here is the consolidated symptoms of the child.
His treatment is aimed initially for improvement of his poor appetite, under weight and worm related symptoms with stomach pain. So far he was treated with Cina 30, Causticum 30,Nat Phos 6X, Calc Phos 6X, Calc carb 200, Sulphur 30, Nat Mur 6X, Kreosote 30 and Nux Vom 30 in the above order.
1.A lean and thin with very little flesh in the body and underweight by 2.5 kg.
2. Appetite is very poor, likes salty and spicy food but can not tolerate
3.Low immunity.Very frequently attack by cold & cough and mild fever
4.Bowel movement once in a day at night with soft consistency and clay-color.Sometimes there is no movement continously for 2-3 days .
5.Bed-wetting still continue
6.Itching in anus is reduced now.
7.Grinding of teeth -still continue
8. Mouth full of saliva and splits all around still continue
9.Pain around navel occurs very frequently.
10.Whole abdomen remains distended most of the days
11.Tongue- Thin white coated from middle to back with red spots at front and sides.
12. Urine - Frequency and offensive odour are reduced
13. Behaviour- Irritability and hyper- active behavior is reduced.

After sending my last post, there was a motion at night which was hard followed by soft whitish color.To day also he passed motion in small quantity which is soft and whitish color. His abdomen is still distended. he can not bear any pressure on abdomen as it gives some pain. There is also an occasional pain around the navel.
In view of the above symptoms, do you want to change the above prescription ?
In this scenario can we use Carbo veg 30 and Lycopodium 30?

KP6X are given for three days. Pain around the naval, particularly after meal, and acidity problem are there. Stool is now soft with light brownish color. Too much urination and excessive thirst are still there. kindly suggest further treatment.

KP6X and CP6X are given. Stool is mostly normal- once a day.Now, the main symptoms are that of gastritis,acidity, immediately after a very small meal he feels stomach is full and does not want to take more,it is physically found that the pit of stomach remains distended all the time,sometimes he feels acid-reflux on throat. Due to above reasons , he feels loos of appetite.I feel whatever eats it does not absorbed in his body causing grossly underweight by three kg.

Due to some unavoidable circumstances,the update of the patient could not be posted in time. Calc carb 30 and lyco 30 were given in alternation for seven days. KP6X and CP6X are in use now. His stool is normalized ( once a day), Excessive urination is improved,Appetite is fluctuating, bed-wetting is reduced. Now a days, he does not feel any taste and he desire to skip his meal. Grinding of teeth is too excessive and increased.It seems that worms are causing some discomfort to him in mild pain in around naval region,loss of appetite and grinding of teeth etc.

My 2.5 year old kid does not have appetite and she has occasional constipation. She occassionally eats well and most of the time refuses food and water and drinks only milk. Now a days she has reduced drinking milk.
