passkey help infant reflux
I have a 5 week old baby who suffers from reflux that causes vomiting, gagging, and some difficulty breathing afterward. I read your advise to another mother to take silica before nursing. I am nursing as well, and so ordered some off of this web sight to try. I received silica marina 8x (I ordered 6x), is this the right stuff? If so, how do I take it? It is in tiny pellet form, and the instructions say to take 5 at a time, how many should I take,and how often? Also, how far before nursing should I take it? This site has a blind spot about silica .
If you order Silica you get silica marina -- which is a relative of the bluebell and NOT what you need.
To get silica the product of flintgranite you need to specify Silicea!.
When you get it take 56 pellets about an hour before feeding -- but only twice a day !.

I just received an e-mail saying that I am being sent 8x strength, not 6x. Is this ok, and does it change how I should take it?

How much time should I give the remedy to work? I have taken it for 2 1/2 days. The first night my baby did better, but, since then, he has seemed worse. Is that part of the process? Also, I have eliminated coffee, is that necessary since the remedy is for my baby through my breastmilk? Lastly, should I wait to take it before or after eating, or does it matter. Thank you so much for your help!!
