What kind of anxiety does she exhibit? Mental anxiety, excessive movement of legs, etc, Please describe this in detail

She shows anxiety at the time of study with her mother who teaches her. She tries to impose what she thinks is the right way to learn. If she does not listen to her, She gets upset and is crossed and she says now I will not study at all. She just leaves the room where she was studying. She also shouts at her mother to impose her point of view on the point of dispute. If I intervene to mediate things politely, she listens to me and tries to make things work again but with quiet mood. In private she complains me that she is being mis treated by her mother and she is always shouted at by her mother. She points out that she is not being treated fairly that is why she gets upset. This is not the case as we know it. She wants to impose things. An other dimension is when she asks for something and I tell her we will go and get it for her but wait a bit. She gets stressed up slowly and she can not wait and she says let us go now and leave everything. Meaning when she wants something, she wants it immediately and she can not wait and she says let us go now and if you do not reply positively she becomes upset and starts to cry and starts blaming me that I just lied to her etc etc. She starts to get stressed out and wants things done and gotten immediately if and when she wants something from me. This thing and other imposing and shouting behavior had improved following a three months course of Kindinorm which we gave her two years ago. As soon as we started that medicine she got sick and we continued that medicine for 2-3 months and her behavior improved. But I am noticing that these things are now re appearing in her behavior.

Is her behavior imposing and dominating outside also or only with parents?

We had complaints from neighboring kids that she shouts at them and this is partly why she has no friends. She tries to impose things and also shouts at other kids outside home also. At school she was unable to make friends.

When she is angry or crying and you console her, does she listen and calm down?

Yes she listens and gets calm if you console but she still remains crossed and quiet for some time after that too.

Does she become violent outside as well or only at home?

No she does not become violent at side home but she showed rage in some instances when I was there with her. But normally she does not become violent outside.

What change did you see in her behavior, if any, in the years following food poisoning episode?

She became more compulsive, imposing, prone to be angry quickly, become violent, no compliant at times, lacking in self confidence, isolated socially. Although she is good at school work and is very talented does not need much effort to learn things. She is good at learning and grasping things conceptually. But even her school reports say that she lacks in self confidence, does not speak louder in the class when asked to explain things to the teacher and she does not show much of social interest to intermingle with other kids which means she also lacks social skills.

What kind of feelings does she have towards parents?
She thinks that her mother does not treat her rightly and fairly with other kids. She has a better relationship with me as I try not to confront her on anything. She relies more on me on and shows trust with me as she thinks that I am more dependable.

What could be her reasons for resentment and anger?

She is not compliant and she misunderstands that she is being mistreated.

Although children like Ice creams and candies and sweets, she has never liked them?

She eats and demands ice cream and candies and sweets with other kids but she is not fan of all other sweet things and she wants to eat salty and spicy things which other kids do not demand.

Around what time of the day you feel she is worse?

She is worse during 10am -1pm.

At what time does she normally sleep in the night?
She sleeps at 9 pm.

What Kind of fears does she have?
She fears darkness at night and I think she feels some fears in the presence of other people as she becomes quiet in the presence of new people.

How much does she cry now, and when?
She cries now moderately during the study time at 10am - 12 pm if you do not listen to what she says and wants for her studies.

Is she highly competitive and ambitious?

She is ambitious and competitive as we do not need to point out that to her and she looks after her results and school stuff by herself so we can say she is ambitious and competitive. But in recent school results she lost marks on social skills, group study participation, confidence and class participation which affected her pure academic grade. School also told us she needs improvement in these areas.
