Constant Noise in both Ears - Please Help

Dear All

Please help.

About three weeks ago, I started hearing some sounds in my ears (like crickets). The sounds were not there all the time but coming and going. After a week, the sounds became constant and I have them all the time in my ears. It is really annoying and disturbing.

I went to an ENT specialist and his examination shows no phisical reasons to have this issue. The manual hearing test (pressing a button) not BERA test, showed that I have a very slight loss of hearing in the middle frequencies. However, he said that it could be age related and nothin alarming.

I am 37 years Male, no health issues. 5% overweight but a slight tendency towards high blood pressure.

I went through a very streesfull period last six months and the ENT specialist thinks that could e the cause.

The sounds (i feel) are louder in the morning. I also feel as this there is some cotton or water trapped inside my ears.

Can you please help me to cure this.

Many Many thanks in advance to all you wonderfull people.

regards
Ravi
