Teethmarks around my tongue..
Hello! I have been looking for information regarding "awful" teethmarks all around the tongue, not only on the sides but also on the tip of the tonge. I have been suffering from this as long as I can remeber and I feel ashamed, scared someone will notice etc... When I eat in public I eat under stress and fear that people will notice how I look... It may sound silly but I have suffered from this for so many years, and I have started to think that I can't be the only person with a problem like this.So I need to ask... Does anyone have the same problem? Or recognize the issue? Is it more "normal" than I think? My marks are kind of deep and they look of course as the teeth I have...and sometimes, today more often than ever, my tongue also feels irritated and kind of itchy. I also have gotten some white "things" on the back and I think it could be Candida. So I have started to eat some herbal oilmedicine and also stopped with sugar, white bread etc... So I guess I can get rid of the Candida but what about the marks that makes me feel "uggly"...?
When I try to talk to the dentist about it, if there is something to try to make the tongue look smooth and round without marks she only says that it is not so bad how it looks and doesn't seem to want to help me at all... I promise it looks bad! I also feel that I have this tension, I always wake up with my tongue pressed against my teeth and the tongue looks more awfull than the night before :/
Finally now my dentist have given me a plastic"mold" to help me during the night so that I don't press my teeth against eachother. But still I press my tongue against my teeth and the marks are still there...
Does anyone know if it is possible to get rid of these marks?! Is it for instance possible to make surgery on the tounge to make it look better?! I don't know where to start and noone seams to help me (like the dentists I have asked) and I have as I said suffered from this for ages... I also want to be able to eat icecream without hiding my tounge and being nervous and ashamed that someone will see how uggly my tongue has become... Thankfully Seshene

I have sometimes had these marks and they sometimes indicate a liver upset.
The best remedies I have found are
Merc
Chelidonum
But Ars alb and Rhus are also indicated.

This is a clear indication of syphilitic miasm. This does not mean that you have syphilis but it is the indication of the miasm. I would recommend a dose of merc sol 200 and repeat after two weeks. You will notice the improvement.
