oily skin and hair fall

hi respected doctors

I need your help.I am 23 year old male. I am suffered from hair loss. and i have lost more than 70% hairs from my head. My skin becomes oily in summer and mostly hair fall in summer. So i think oily scalp is causing hair loss.

i am masturbating from many years. and after masturbation i feel that my scalp and face is more oily.

i am trying to quit this habit. and i didn't masturbate from many days.

kindly help me. My other symptoms are

weakness
60 kg weight
not feeling fresh after sleep
feel guilt
loss of memory
can't concentrate on work
difficulty in learning new things.can't remember new path(roads)
low confidence
premature ejaculation
loss arms and legs muscles
don't have stamina
have white hairy tongue and don't feel the taste of anything.

please i need help.
please suggest some medicine to overcome my symptoms particularly oily skin and hair loss.

I have taken the dose as u prescribed and now its the 3rd day, my scalp and face is still oily while hair fall is seems to be less. although i was feeling happier and more confident.

and i don't observe hair regrowth. please guide me what to do now. My hairs are very thin and when scalp is more oily they become curly.

We should wait more. How many doses have been take so far. You have mentioned earlier that your oil skin has improved 50 percent. Medicine has start working and be patient we do somes changes at later stage.

i took three doses and after 2 weeks i took another.
so i have taken 4 doses up till now.

some time i feel that oily skin is cured to some extent and at some time it feel oily again.
i feel depress to see the condition of my hair.

Please tell me after who many days i am suppose to give you feedback ?

i have waited almost seven days after taking the dose.and here is my report

hair fall and oily skin is there. but oil skin is not sticky as before.

but hair are still falling especially when they are wet with water or sweat.
but i am feeling confident and energetic after using medicine.

also my concentration is very bad.always keep thinking about something.

please suggest me what to do further
