hairloss in patches

hi doctors, i am a male,31 yrs old and am suffering from hairloss problem ..my hairs are falling in patches with itching on the area,resulting in a shiny scalp afterwards..there is no genetic background of baldness in my family. i would really appreciate if u can solve my problem.
