Hi,
Please get Thuja 200 & Hepar Sulphur 30 and let me know once you have them.

Thank you!
I got Hepar Sulphur 30, and the only Thuja I could get was Thuja 30. Where I live, it's not possible to get any higher than 30. Hopefully this will be useable. Thank you in advance for your help, it's very much appreciated.

Thank you.
Quick question. Avoid Apples Beer Coffee etc for the 4 days, or just around the time I take the Thuja 30?

You have to avoid coffee and raw onions all through the treatment while rest of the stuff you can take sometimes. About Beer and alcohol I am not sure myself how much to avoid.

Hi there. Apologies it took so long to get back to you. I was away with no internet access. I took the Thuja as recommended, and there was nothing noticible to report. What was I to do with the Hepar Sulphar?
Thank you.

oilean last decade
There will not be anything noticible so soon.

Take Hepar Sulph 30 twice a day in water for 5 days and update me after a week.

Great - thank you.
Do I take 1 tablet or 2?
Also, it takes a very long time to dissolve in water - the tablets are quite hard.
Thanks again!

Which brand are u using?

Generally speaking, if its a pellet, then use 2-3 pellets, if its a tablet that is much bigger, use 1 tablet to dissolve in 3 tablespoons water.

Yes, this is a tablet, so 1 tablet will be enough.

Dissolve 1 tablet in 3 tablespoons
(or 6 teaspoons) water, stir several times and sip.

Do this twice a day for 3 days, and update me after 1 week.

Use disposable cups or keep a separate Hepar sulphur Cup.
