The reason why 31 and now 51 'experts' have studied your case but not prescribed any remedy is because your case is very complicated as it pertains to your Heart and none of us can diagnose the root cause of your Arrhythmia. The lack of a heartbeat of over 4 seconds can be considered as serious.
You have obviously consulted medical specialists in a hospital in your city and if you would like me to try to help you, it is essential that you indicate their diagnosis of your problem and also what drugs you were prescribed after you returned your monitor to them.
I note that they have recommended a Pacemaker for your heart which is the safest way to treat your problem which you have suffered from for the last year.
There is however a chance that Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken thrice daily with Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets taken thrice daily after meals can help you to stabilise your Arrythmia.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done at least 6 times before sipping a capful of the bottle as prescribed.
Please follow the following restrictions which are essential to ensure that the remedy prescribed is not antidoted:
Do not use Coffee, Cola beverages, preserved foods like sausages, ham and bacon as they contain Saltpeter.
Please note that this therapy is NOT and instant fix but there is every chance that your Heart will stabilise in about 3 months after you start on this therapy.

Before you have the Pacemaker installed give the Arnica a few months to work and if it does so, you will not need the device.
Fitting it involves surgery under general anesthesia and you will have to get the battery replaced every few years under surgery.
Report progress in a month.
