Aconite 10M overdose

My nearly 70-yr old sister has evidently overdosed on Aconite 10M (I'd never heard of that potency). And is having some very scary symptoms. What would be an antidote for this, or should she just go to an ER. This occurred several days ago and she is still having symptoms, which include feeling like she's losing her mind, chest tightness and at times feeling like she can't breathe. Someone told her vinegar is an antidote, and she tried this, but I think she had some undiluted and not only was extremely unpleasant but hasn't seemed to help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Aconite is antidoted by Sulphur and Nux Vomica

Give her Sulphur 6C in the morning and Nux Vom 6C in the night for 1 week

Dissolve 2 drops of the remedy in 3 teaspoons water, stir with a spoon and sip.

If she had a 'proving' from this overdose, how long might it take before it clears her system?

What's the response of sulph and Nux?

Evidently none. She didn't have liquid, so probably dissolved tabs in water & sipped. Do not know how many doses she had or if she's still taking. She lives 2+ hrs from me, so all our communication has been by phone on this.

Please ask her to do the following:

1) Sip Coffee
2) Apply Moov or Tiger Balm.
3) Stop Sulphur. Continue taking Nux Vomica but in 30th potency, twice a day.

Applying Moov/Tiger Balm antidotes remedies in matter of hours.
