high sgpt and sgot

hi
i am 34 years old and my sgpt 136 sgot 89 how can i reduce it.
my weight is 87kg and height is 5'8''. pls anyone suggest me any medicine.

Age 34 yrs, Sex- Male
1) Decentry at interval one month, acid, gas, indigestion.
2)i have to go to toilet 2 or 3 times daily, havoc acidity and gas occured. i cannot digest any reach foods.
3) i got fear about that.
4) i think something serious had happened or not
5)for last 7 or 8 month
6)Actually it was detected in last nov. 2012. then i go through alopathy treatments and it get normal in march. but in last month i again examine blood and it shows the above abnormal result
Before that i have taken 6 month course for antialergic. in alopathy. they given me Tlecast-L,
and also antibiotics as i am a asthma patient.
7)Morning and late night
8)aggrevate..Spicy and oily foods,
ameliorate..Walking,plain boiled food
9)i feel better in Dry weather
10)mild,changeable,suspicious,Lazy
-feel bad during a thunder storm
-yes i like being consoled during my tough time.
-yes i am sensitive to smell and noise.
-no i donot have any type of habit.
- I feel about my wife and children that they are my all.
11)fear about accident.no
12)i am crave about Fish items, different fry.
Aversion-red meat,
13)thirst- normal
14)hunger-less
15) allergic foods like porn,egg,bringels etc.
16)i sweat more.Trunk
17)stool is acidic.
18)i feel sleepy and i sleep very well.

21)yes i have taken alopathy medicines for the problem as udliv300,rifagut400,heptral400,evion600

23)i look like normal. little fatty,fair complexion,height 5'8''
