antidoting a remedy

Hello. Tom here, first time poster and new to homeopathy.

My doc told me to avoid mint and mint toothpastes because it might antidote the remedy I'm taking. Can I use cinnamon toothpastes, or can that antidote the remedy too? What do some of you use for toothpaste and oral hygene when taking remedies?

Thanks!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Yes any strong mint, eucalyptus, etc will tend to neutralise a remedy.

Try using plain salt.
