there is no remedy as such for
thelassemia but to give relief to your child give him ferrum phos 6x ,5 tabs three times a day and calc phos 6x 5 tabs two times a day.i know it is painful to think that there is no specific medicine to cure the disease.ill be grateful if you keep me posted abt your childs condition from time to time.
