Spinal injury and post traumatic syringomyelia

Hello everyone, my son aged 25 met with a road accident with his car in April 2012. He had head and cervical spine injury at C3-C4 level. Luckily head injury was limited with scalp skin tear and no brain injury. Initially for few days he suffered from quadriparesis and in a month's time with medicines and Physiotheraphy he was able to move his limbs. Now after 15 months he is able to do almost all routine things that he did earlier. However, his MRI scan that was done after 3 months of the injury suggests a small post trauma syringomyelia at C3-C4 level. Currently he has spasticity in all his limbs expecially more on his fingers. He has overreaction of his foot. Neurosurgeons/Neurophysicians and Spine specialists has suggested that further recovery is not possible in his case. Can you please suggest any good homeo remedy for his condition. Thanks in advance.
