Bartholine Abscess. Dr Nawazkhan please help

Respected Dr.Nawaz, I read a lot of your post regarding Bartholine Abscess. I am suffering with reoccurring Bartholine abscess almost once in a year since 9 years.
Could you please help me to get rid of this.

8. climate : bangalore (Warm and dry right now)
9. List of your complaints : Bartholin’s Cyst on left side of vagina.

10. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint : since 9 years. It is reoccurring every year. I had marsupialisation surgery for this abscess 4 years back. But still it is reoccurring almost once in a year.

11. Diabetic or non-Diabetic ; Non Diabetic
12. Desire sweets/sour/salt : salt
13. Thirst : moderate
14. Tongue and Taste : Normal colour of tongue and neutral taste.
15. Current BP (without medicine and with medicine) : Normal 120/80 with out medicine.
16. What exactly is happening?
There is a cyst on left inside and due to swelling it is featuring out as well. It’s size is half of table tennis ball. There is less pain at the moment , but pain will increase within hours .. There is no kind of discharge either from it.

17. How do you feel? I feel uncomfortable and want it to be healed at the earliest from my body . Pain starts from the bottom of my left side bump.
18. How does this affect you? It is not effecting my daily course of life as of now but I feel uncomfortable while sitting and at the back of my mind I am aware that this cyst exists physically in my body.

19. How does it feel like? I am very much tiered with this abcess. First the pain will start from the bottom of my buttok and with in 2 or 3 days the abcess will increase in size of tennis boll with horrible pain.

20. What comes to your mind? . afraid of this thing recurring after a span of time.
21. One situation that had a
big effect on you? I always concerned on my professional growth.
22. How did that feel like? Financially insecure and sad because inspite of trying hard nothing was materializing.
23. What sensation do you experience in that situation? Sadness and demotivation and depressed.

24. What are you showing by that gesture of your hand (Habits or Actions)? Actions.

25. Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past? Apart from this bartholin abscess treatment, i haven’t taken any other treatments. Almost 4 years back had my surgery (marsupialisation) to drain the abscess.

26. Family Background : father, mother are diabetic, Husband is an IT engineer.
27. Educational Qualifications of the patient Masters in computer Applications.
28. Nature of work, what do you do for living? Working as an IT engineer.
29. Desires, likes and dislikes for food : Fond of non vegetarian, spicy food.
30. Name of foods which increase your problem .

31. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry, impatient…and so on.. How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not , you can describe all of the details about your behavior, love and affections.

A. Short tempered and gets irritated very easily.

E. Concern about my future life (financial stability, family, health of near and dear once).

37. When is the period during the month approx date? Any monthly cycle issues? Regular, early, late, before problems, after problems, pain, any other discharges?
Periods are regular.They are usually for 3 days from the time they have started. My last periods on 25th june.

38. Are you pregnant? If yes, please give pregnancy start date? Any current issues? No.
