Dear sir , I want to take dental implants ,upper jaw.what homeopathy to take.also should I take the antibiotic they will prescribeIs it ok to do implants ? Or should I stick to a denture ? I totally depend on yr. advice so please sir do tell me what I should do ? Feeling shaky about implants
