Sinus & Throat Irritation

I worked outside, watering the plants in the cool evening, that night I had a fever - that's how it started.
Now - My right nostil is very stuffed (hard to blow clean). dirty yellowish thick discharge from both nostrils but more from right side. Ruff of my mouth is itchy and my throat is sore. I have a hard time swallowing. I don't have tonsils. My neck feels sore from the outside aswell. The glands feel swollen.
I feel very tired but feel worse when lying down because it is harder to swollow and harder to breath.
The remedy search gave Nux Vomica, and Kali Bich, any ideas?
