toothache after RCT

Dear Doctor,
I am 28 year old male. one year ago i suffered from toothacheon my lower premolar on right side. i consulted a dentist and he suggested RCT. i followed his suggestion. but after 4 month of RCT toothache appeared again, this time dentist told that its an infection and he prescribed antibiotic and painkillers for 4 days. now after 1 year of RCT its paining again and i dint want to take painkillers and antibiotics more. so please precribe some homeopathic treatment.
it is not an unbearable pain, the pain increase whenever i put a pressure on
tooth bone. i feel pain inside
rooth of the teeth.

add 3 drops of Hekla lava on cotton soaked in water and keep where it pains.

Number 1& 2 ,5 drops of each in an ounce of water ,rinse your mouth after every meal.with this .
