sir its not very sleepy during day time.i sleep at night about 11pm-12am.wake up around 7 am.not much dreams in morning time like before but in between 1-3am.dreams like i stuck somewhere.i wake up at 3:30-4am like a shock from deep sleep.after this i sleep again after half an hour.
no excess sweating in night.

sir i will start taking kali phos 6X from tomorrow.my condition is worse than before in last three days as i m not taking any medicines in this period.compulsive vulgar thoughts,seminal secretion,constipation become more powerful than before.i m very upset that this problem is comeback again.

i am taking KALI PHOS 6X for last 7 days.
positive points:
1.no masturbation no uncontrollable urge.no seminal secretion.No guilty or pervert feelings.
2.sleep increased. 3 hours in day & 8 hours in night.but don't feel sleepy in doing work in day time as before.
negative points:
1.self-talk when alone.i can't sit at one place even for 5 minutes.i repetitively think past funny thing & incidents when i have some mental work or some stressful work to do.smile by thinking thoughts.concentration is increased but far less than that of 5-6 years back.
2.hairs are falling.i think 10-20% decrease.chest & abdomen hairs fall are decreased 50-60%.
3.morning dreams.this makes irritating.
4.very very low motivation, ashamed and inferiority complex.
5.hairs turning white of temples region & beard.
6.low weight 56.9 kg.my height is 170 cm.
7.my penis is very curved towards left due to masturbation.i don't know it will creates problems in sex or not but it looks weird.

pls drink one lit of water early morning empty stomach every day.
there is a medicine called YELLOW TABLET (homeo combination),available in homeopathic store,pls have them as prescribed in the wrapper,but dont make it a habit.

Vineet, when you know you are wasting your energy, show some mental strength. Homeopathy is not magic. It can help you but it cannot replace the role you have to play in your personal development. If there was an external factor, or a factor which made you helpless, it would be understandable. Not this.

have calc carb 200,5 pills ones.at night but not on a full moon day.repeat on the third and sixth and ninth day.
