Headache, body aches, threw up and fever

Hello. My 8yr old son complained that he had a headache this morning as we got to the beach. He said it hurt all over his head. I fed him, and made him drink some water to see if that helped since I knew he hadn't eaten anything. After he ate, he did feel a little better. As we were leaving the beach a couple hours later he complained that his arms and legs ached. We got home and he threw up, it wasn't his lunch it was more bile. He has a slight fever of 101. I have given him some Eupatorium Perfoliatum about an hour ago and the symptoms haven't really changed. He seems restless and really can't get comfortable. He says that he is cold. I keep asking for him to drink some water, but he isn't thirsty, but he is still going to the restroom so I don't think he's dehydrated. Just wondering if there is something else I should try for him? Any suggestions.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I note that you have given him Eupat Perf but you did not indicate the potency.

I prescribe it in the 200c potency in the Wet dose to help treat Viral infections, taken thrice daily but in the case of your son, it is very likely that he may have caught a chill for which the remedy is Rhus Tox 30c in the Wet dose taken thrice daily.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done at least 6 times before sipping a capful of the bottle as prescribed.

Please follow the following restrictions which are essential to ensure that the remedy prescribed is not antidoted:

Do not use Coffee, Cola beverages, preserved foods like sausages, ham and bacon as they contain Saltpeter.

Thank you Joe! I am doing the Wet dose now of Rhux Tox. I will report back on how it works for him. His fever has spiked a bit, to 102.7, but he is still drinking. Thanks again.
