This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Ask him to stop taking alcohol first then take following medicines and report after one week

1. Chelidonium 3X/ 3 pills twice daily.
2. Strophanthus Q/ 7 drops thrice daily in 10 ml of water.
3. Vanadium 3X/ 3 pills thrice daily.
4. Acid flour 30/ 7 tab to be taken in empty stomach.

report after on week. may god save him.

You can take these medicines even if he is taking alcohl or allopathic medicines safe to use. only thing to remenber dont take medicines at a time take medicines with an interval of minimum 5 minutes. keep 30 minutes gap between food or other medicines(non homoeopathic)
