blocked fallopian tubes

Hi Dr.
I am 30 yrs 8 months old(I am M.Sc.Physics B.Ed.,Taught for four years in college before marriage)and diagnosed with blocked f-tubes.
Usually i dont have any headache.get only when i am thinking too much (pulsating type)
i feel very comfortable in winter if i am asked to sit in the quilt for the whole day i will be very happy.But i feel very much cold.i like warmness in winter season.i am a late riser as dont get sleep easily.
i am very sensitive to cold.
i am very loose tempered,get irritated very easily and at d same time become cool as well.cant tolerate any critisism about anything wrong.
i like to eat daal roti vegetables.very few times pizzas etc. In the past, i used to love fast food but not now.i am vegetarian.
I got married in May,2010.In nov. i had got harmonal imabalance(my bleeding continuously lasted for 4 months,i.e.till feb.2011)Besides it,in last week of december2010 i had got typhoid as well.Neither my bleeding was getting stopped nor my fever was ending. In feb,11 came to know about t.b.(sample was taken by injection from my back's upper portion)when i started madicine for tb, my fever as well as mensuration problem stopped.After 9 months i was completely overcome and got healthy.It was allopathic treatment.
Last month, i came to know that my tubes are blocked, although my Dr.had checked ovulation and performed mensuration blood test. Both were ok.No tb infection is there in ovaries.Please guide me for homeopathic treatment.And let me know how much time it will take to unblock them if i get homeopathic medicine
