Hello nikkikumar,
Did you try either of these remedies? Did your dog live? I hope so! I lost a dog to a rattlesnake or water moccasin bite last summer and would like to have a remedy on hand for future problems (which I hope do not happen!). Thank you.

Sorry about the loss of your dog.

My earlier suggestion was based on the case presented. So even if the remedy has worked--- it may or may not help your dog.

However there is a general protocol i have used quite successfully with dogs and cats where regular follow-up is not possible. This protocol involves the remedies Lachesis 200, Ledum 30, Hypericum 200 in that order. This is useful for both snake bites and spider bites.

The remedies will be rotated in the order as mentioned above. Time interval between these remedies will vary from 20 minutes(as soon as the bite is recognised), to 2 hours(after the first 6 hours have passed with the administration of medicines with the above time interval) to 24 hours(after 3 to 4 days have passed with the administration of medicines with the above two time intervals).

maheeru, thanks for the information. I will get these remedies. Hopefully, I will never have to use them. Are you a vet homeopath?

welcome listensister. I help humans the most. But in course, i have helped cats, dogs, horses, cattle, birds and even a few plants/trees. Thankfully homeopathy does not discriminate much amongst various life forms.
