Ganglion Volar Wrist Cyst25 year old male here. I am 6'0' tall, 155 lbs.
Either lifting heavy weights or typing has most likely caused my cyst.
Cyst is below thumb, near radial arterty. it is about the size of a marble when flexing my wrist back.
It is painful to touch. Certain weight bearing motions cause extreme pain. Some movement is limited because of pain. Otherwise I'm unaffected.
I moved cities a year ago to a new job. Cyst began there, along with nasal septum iritation that still exists today.
I take no medications. I eat a lot of bread, peanut butter, jelly, 100% juice, pizza, hot dogs, and noodles. I never drink soda, mainly water. I never smoked, rarely drink alcohol.
It alpears certain cheeses cause IBS, possibly Coke products, or eating too much of anything to become stuffed. I avoid these.
I also suffer from costochondritis (sp) presumably onset by lifting heavy while doing bench press.
I mainly wish to treat the ganglion cyst.
Any help is appreciated!
